Everyone should read 'Do you REALLY believe that...' that is post on Mr. Roy Coleman's Facebook page.

I had Mr. Coleman MANY years ago and, in spite of becoming an art teacher, STILL remember the Sf equation and Newton's laws. YOU GO MR. COLEMAN!!! Keep them honest and help save our pension!

I hope that RTAC feels the frustration from its members about how difficult it is to access current information about state legislation. This is a terrible time for pensioners and we must be allowed to find needed info.

It is time to re-organize this website so that CURRENT information is easily found. Put the historical information in one place but please, please make the current info more easily accessible. I rarely visit the RTAC website anymore because, to find anything important, you have to slog thru so much that is unimportant.

ARE THERE ANY OFFICERS OF RTAC WHO READ THE GUESTBOOK PAGES? ON APRIL 17 I ASKED FOR THE DELETION OF THE 2009 DALEY/QUINN LETTER; THE REMOVAL OF ARTICLES ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL AMMENDMENT WHICH AFTER ITS DEFEAT IS NOW IRREVELENT; AND THE FRONT PAGE ARTICLE "READ WHAT THE NEW YORK TIMES SAYS ABOUT ILLINOIS FINANCIAL CONDITION" FROM 2010 DEALING WITH DAN HYNES - WHO? IS THERE ANYONE IN THE USA THAT DOESN'T KNOW ILLINOIS IS IN THE WORST FINANCIAL CONDITION OF ALL THE STATES IN THE UNION? HELP!

Why doesn't the RTAC take a position regarding SB2404? Clearly any pension legislation passed in Springfield will serve as a template for changes in our Chicago pensions.

What is going on with the RTAC phones? And the real 64 thousand $$$$ question and I meam scary question: Why isn't the CTPF part of the pension settlement in Springfield? What horror is in store for us that we will be dealt with separately from the rest of the big state pension funds?

WENT TO LEGISLATIVE PAGE AND READ TO REFER TO KYLE'S COMMENTS ON GUESTBOOK. SECOND TO LAST SENTENCE FROM KYLE SAYS "IT IS BELIEVED" RETURNED TO LEGISLATIVE PAGE AND IT STATES "MOST PROBABLY" THESE BILLS WILL NOT AFFECT THE CTPF. THESE TERMS DENOTE THAT THE POSSIBILITY DOES EXIST OF THE BILLS APPLYING TO CTPF. DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE THAT MAYOR RAHM WILL NOT GET SOME SORT OF PENSION REFORM THROUGH SPRINGFIELD FOR CHICAGO? I WHOLEHEARTILY AGREE WITH ALICE'S COMMENTS. WE NEED MORE INFO. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET?
